If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

Returns Policy
We guarantee to the customer that our goods will be in good
order upon arrival. However, in the event of faulty goods or breakages please
inform us immediately (within 14 days) by email or telephone and state whether a
replacement, credit or refund is required.
We will provide a full refund and any postage costs incurred in returning the
goods, if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Our primary aim is to satisfy our
customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods please return them to us for
refund within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the goods are returned to
us complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition.
Goods should be returned to us, at your cost, to the above address.
We advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return
journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or
requested us to arrange collection we will assume you wish to keep the goods.
