The Soluble Canvas is the same as 14 count aida so is used in exactly the same way when stitching

This Product is Ideal for Personalising Garments Including Shirts, Pillow Cases and Table Cloths.

 After stitching your Design Simlpy Soak it in Warm Water and the Canvas Disappears.
